A Firm Foundation...The Right People

William D. Bryant, President, Florida State Certified General Contractor

As the company founder, Bill has been involved in every aspect of the construction industry - from hands-on fieldwork, estimating and supervision, to marketing, design and administration. He has also served the community as director and board chairman of the Indian River County Chamber of Commerce and United Way of Indian River County; and director of the Mental Health Association.
Nancy D. Bryant, Chief Financial Officer

At age 16 Nancy began working in the construction industry in her grandfather’s business, Pioneer Incorporated, which is one of the largest general contracting firms in the U.S. As a community leader and volunteer, Nancy has served on many boards of directors including the Indian River County Chamber of Commerce. She studied Professional Business Management and holds a degree from Nova Southeastern University.
Robert H. Paugh, General Manager, Florida State Certified General Contractor

Robert has over 22 years experience in all facets of the construction industry including working as a tradesman, project supervisor, estimator, project manager and administrator. In his current position as general manager he oversees the management of Bill Bryant & Associates. In addition, he leads our team in developing and maintaining working relationships between all parties involved in every project including preconstruction services, construction planning and project coordination.

Robert attended Northern Maine Technical College and earned an Associate of Applied Science Degree with a major in Residential Construction. In 2007 he also graduated from Leadership Indian River County.
Christopher D. Bryant, Project Manager, LEED Sustainability, Florida State Certified General Contractor

With over 18 years of experience in the construction industry, Chris has an outstanding track record completing projects ahead of schedule and within budget. As project manager, Chris oversees cost analysis, pay applications, change orders, project meetings, and the assignment of subcontractors with vendors and suppliers.

Chris served with the United States Navy and received an honorable discharge as a Desert Storm Veteran. He studied Business Administration at Colorado Mountain College and is a certified Emergency Medical Technician.

Gloria J. Cutting, Office Manager

Gloria has been with Bill Bryant & Associates for over fifteen years. She works closely with the president and vice president/general manager and is responsible for all aspects of property management, in addition to her role in the Accounting Department. Her responsibilities include contracts, construction draws, job costing, change orders, accounts payable/receivables, and lien releases.
