Our Team

President/Estimator
Robert has over 25 years experience in all facets of the construction industry including working as a tradesman, project supervisor, estimator, project manager and administrator, and director of construction. In his current position as President he participates in all aspects of the company.
Robert leads our team in developing and maintaining working relationships between all parties involved in your project including pre-construction services, construction planning, and project coordination.

COO/LEED Sustainability
Chris has been with Bill Bryant & Associates since 1991 and serves as the COO. He oversees our sustainability initiatives and corporate LEED program and is a member of USGBC. Chris ensures every project is ahead of schedule and on budget. His can-do attitude and extensive construction experience lends a guiding hand for means and methods analysis and constructability reviews.
Chris served with the United States Navy and received an honorable discharge as a Desert Storm Veteran.

Office Manager
Gloria has been with Bill Bryant & Associates for over eighteen years. She works closely with the President and COO, and is responsible for all aspects of property management. Her responsibilities include all accounting operations, payroll & taxes, contracts, construction draws, job costs & change orders, accounts payable/receivables, and Workers’ Compensation/General Liability audits.

Project Superintendent
Joey has been with Bill Bryant & Associates since 2006 and serves as Project Superintendent. He has hands-on building experience in custom homes, tenant improvements in addition to municipal buildings, medical facilities, auto dealerships, financial institutions and churches. Joey supervises multiple projects on the Treasure Coast. Joey’s ability to lead a team and his attention to detail and quality assurance make for a quality job.

OUR FOUNDERS

As the company founder, Bill has been involved in every aspect of the construction industry – from hands-on fieldwork, estimating and supervision, to marketing, design and administration. He has also served the community as director and board chairman of the Indian River County Chamber of Commerce and United Way of Indian River County; and director of the Mental Health Association.

At age 16 Nancy began working in the construction industry in her grandfather’s business, Pioneer Incorporated, which is one of the largest general contracting firms in the U.S. As a community leader and volunteer, Nancy has served on many boards of directors including the Indian River County Chamber of Commerce. She studied Professional Business Management and holds a degree from Nova Southeastern University.
