The Girl’s Group Home was built on the Vero Beach campus. Development of the campus included build-out of the infrastructure for the project at hand and for future projects. The one-story composite slab structure, with reinforced block and structural steel, features high impact drywall, windows and doors and a state-of-the-art fire system.
The 4,000 sq. ft. floor plan includes eight bedrooms suitable for two beds with a shower bath and walk in closet, general meeting room, laundry room, storage facility, male and female public baths, mechanical room, executive director office and commercial kitchen. A landscape package provided the finishing touches.
Bill Bryant & Associates is currently building the 12,000 sq. ft. Youth Transition Center. The second building on the campus will house Transitional Living Program for young adults that have aged out of foster care, including six one-bedroom and three two-bedroom apartments, a large meeting room, technology center, laundry facility, three offices and public restrooms.
